Kelly zingt Already Gone bij Letterman en persoonlijk bericht van Kelly!

Kelly is begonnen aan de promotie van haar 3de single Already Gone in Amerika. Volgens Sony zal deze single in Nederland eind juli in promotie gaan. De single zal hier niet fysiek uitkomen en alleen te downloaden zijn. Gisteren zong Kelly Already Gone bij de Amerikaanse late night show Letterman. Inmiddels zijn er verschillende downloads van, zo hebben we de Mp3 versie en de HQ kwaliteit video door VideoMan. Ook heeft een fan een ipod cover gemaakt voor de Mp3. After her amazing performance, Kelly made a video blog to talk about the new acoustic arrangement of the song. "I hope you like it. It sounds less like [Beyonce's] 'Halo'," she laughed. Kelly Clarkson stopped by Late Show With David Letterman last night to perform her forthcoming single "Already Gone," which is a big splashy ballad on All I Ever Wanted but which gets the toned-down, tuned-down treatment live. I love this arrangement-it really brings out the song's vulnerability, and Kelly's voice sounds great-and I'm hoping that this rework gets at least the B-side treatment when the single eventually does come out.

Verder heeft Kelly nog gereageerd over alle geruchten in de media zoals dat ze 'gedate' heeft met Simon Cowell: "Everybody seems to think we dated or something, We didn't date but he's always been very supportive of me. The funny thing about him is the Idol contestants think he's harsh but they should see what people in the press say about you, I think it's great preparation for what lies ahead. Because of him I don't take criticism too seriously. I just see it as advice."

Nog enkele leuke feitjes. Tijdens het Letterman optreden was er een extra achtergrondzangeres genaamd Beverley Staunton. Bandlid Jason vertelt op zijn twitter dat dit alleen voor Letterman was. Ook heeft Kelly's nieuwe dj twitter.
